AGENDA ITEMS

  • Call to order. Chairman Dimitri Tolchinski called the meeting to order at 7.25pm.
Voting members present: Dimitri Tolchinski, Chairman WPCA, George James, Regular Member and Mervin Roberts Regular Member.

Alternate Members present: David Redfield, Louis Russo, and Andrea Lombard.

Also present: Brian Curtis- WPCA Engineer, Narcy Dubicki – WPCA Attorney, Bill Folland, Resident of Old Lyme, Bonnie Reemsnyder (First selectwoman), Mary Jo Nosal (Selectwoman), and Ron Rose Town Sanitarian.

Absent Members: Aimee Eberly, Louisa Grogan, Keith Czarnecki, and Roger Breunig.

Excused Keith Czarnecki, Regular Member.

To make a quorum, Chairman Tolchinski moved  Alternate members David Redfield, Louie Russo and Andrea Lombard to voting Members for this meeting.

  • Approval of February, 16 2012 Meeting  Minutes.
Motion to approve the minutes was made by George James and seconded by David Redfield.  All in favor.

  • Chairman’s Report
There was no report.

NO VOTE WAS TAKEN

  • Roger Breunig’s proposal to establish Wastewater Management Districts in Old Lyme.
Motion to table this discussion until further notice was made by Mervin Roberts, seconded by Dimitri Tolchinski.  All in favour.

  • General discussion to establish “Decentralized Wastewater Managment Districts” in Old Lyme - presentation by Brian Curtis.

  • Ron Rose - Sanitarians Report
A motion to accept Ron Rose’s Report was made by Louie Russo, seconded by George James, all in favor.
